"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, JOSEPH?" Joseph was a man who lived the reality of Romans 8:28 long before the apostle Paul penned it some sixteen hundred years later. Doing things God's way transcends time and place. Joseph lived to be 110 years old before he died. His re-quest echoed those of his father, Jacob, when he asked that his bones be returned to Canaan. Moses and the children of Israel carried the bones with them in the Exodus from Egypt over 400 years later. This glimpse into the suggested thought life of Joseph is in no way implied to be exact. There are too many gaps in Scripture that I have attempted to fill with some de-gree of accuracy and my imagination. It is my prayer that the life of Joseph will be an example for us to live by. THANK YOU, JOSEPH, FOR ALLOWING ME TO TRY TO DISCOVER "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, JOSEPH?" Pastor Cecil A.
