I can't believe this book is not a bestseller!

It's a shame that more people don't know about Weep Not For Me, and that it's probably out of print, because this books is absolutely worth reading. Set in Jerusalem shortly before its fall in 70 A.D., the novel tells the story of a Jewish family that takes in a young Christian woman fleeing from persecution in a neighboring city only to face the siege and fall of Jerusalem along with them. It is full of great historical detail, but it also tells a very human story of faith and love during tough times.
