Wonderfully Horrorble

I teach in a second grade classroom and this book is a favorite every year. The illustrations are grotesque and the story simple on the surface. However, each reading I find more details along with the kids. We love the spider on every page. The creativity that the Horrorble creature displays in creating himself a body delights the kids. He's even knitting! I wish this book were still in print because I would buy more copies. My classroom copy is very well loved. The poster in the back has been taped together numerous times. A fun spooky read!
