Not all of the scars from war are visible. Many of them go unnoticed or untreated even by the warriors who wear them. The next unit encourages warriors to find opportunities (O) to connect with other veterans and service providers who can provide the assistance they need. Unit three deals with the need to make peace (P) with the past and learn to live in the present so they might successfully move forward into the future. Finally, in the last unit everything comes together in turning the focus on being empowered (E) to take on the next mission.Warrior Hope works best when worked through in a group environment. However, if you cannot be part of a group it will still be of benefit. You may even want to recruit some other veterans in your community to work through it with you.Warrior Hope will help you take the first steps to finding your way through the life issues created by the mental and emotional traumas so often associated with being a warrior. It will also help family members better understand the struggles that can accompany military service.
