Fairly easy to read, factually accurate, and insightful.

We used this book in a class I took called "International Security Policy". It provides an excellent analysis of War as an extension of Politics. It's fairly easy to understand, yet advanced enough for the upperclassmen and political scientists to glean some new knowledge.
