Great "Point Horror" esque book!

This was a great story, reminded me of the Point Horror series in terms of subject, pacing, and thrill factor. A charming young man rents a room with a family, but his increasingly strange behavior begins to strain their household, with possibly deadly consequences! Pierce is a good writer but there were some glaring inconsistencies that confused me, thus 4/5 stars. But overall, very good book! Kept me engaged and I finished the book in 4 days. I heard this one is the best of the Scream series.
