Enjoyable Read

I've read several walking books, this is a good one and being not too expensive helps. Very easy read, bigger print is nice, written very simple, nothing complicated like some other books. Info on why walking is good for you, what it can do for you, different levels of walking fitness and even includes some pictures of upper body work to include for a total body workout.
