a worthwhile read

While this book may offend some, I found that it was very well written and delivered exactly what the author promised. He took a reporters approach to his investigation of the various claimed miracle sites in the U.S. He didn't always like what he saw or experienced. I think there is a tendency by "miracle groupies" to hold any claimed miracle site as above and beyond criticism and reproach. I appreciate that he seemed to be a man searching for meaning in his life. I did not consider his viewpoints to be either callous or insensitive. His writing is very descriptive and colorul. It is worth the read if you are interested in one man's investigation of the miracle sites.
