This book is phenomenal. It gives you real life classroon situations. It's very logical and truthful. It really gives you a feel for what you may expect when you are in a classroom.

Voices of Student Teachers-Cases from the Field.

This book is an excellent collection of short stories or cases as they are called in the book. It is a great tool for student teachers like me. I'm glad I was able read it before going into the classroom to teach for the very first time. Others might like to read it while they are beginning their teaching experience. It has many good cases to learn from that are sure to help any teacher, new or old in the field. The book provides many different cases that will help student teachers. It has cases that are funny, uplifting, sad, and encouraging. Reading this book before I go into the classroom, I believe will help me get a better understanding of what everyday is like in elementary and middle school classrooms. It is such a good tool to use because you are reading what actual student teachers have written and experienced.
