Primary documents that can really illustrate history

Voices of Power is a very helpful book to see the actual words of those who have led countries in times of strife and success. Divided into sections on authoritarian, totalitarian, democratic and presidential leaders, this book offers small and long documents that support history's judgements.In some cases, interviews are excerpted, and in others, speeches. Churchill, Meir, Khruschev, Trotsky, Stalin- they are all here with two dozen other counterparts. i really recommend this book to history buffs and teachers- I don't think I can use it enough!
