This is a wonderful read!

This is a heart-warming and occasionally heart-breaking book. In simple yet powerful prose, and with wonderful dialog, Ricardo Pimentel paints a beautiful picture of a Mexican's family's joys and sorrows,challenges and triumphs, and bravery in pursuing a new life in the United States. I became very attachedto the characters and felt their pain and other emotions. They seemed very real. This was one of those booksthat you hate to see end. It's a beautiful little jewel of a book.
