Texe Marrs (not to be confused with the secular journalist, Jim Marrs, who wrote on similar topics) was a former USAF officer, technical writer, and Evangelical minister who rose to prominence in the 1990s for his books on New Age Religion, Bible Prophecy, Secret Societies, and Masonic Conspiracy. He mapped the globalist conspiracy by connecting the dots between these subjects and prophetic scripture. In Voices from the Dead, Texe Marrs examines the influence of Jewish mystic Rabbi Simeon Bar Yochai on Freemasonry and especially principal leaders such as Albert Pike 33° and Manly Hall 33°. Rabbi Bar Yochai was a second-century author of the Kabbala and the Zohar.
