Great vegan cookbook

Very happy, I can't find vegan books like this in the Netherlands. Shipping took a while, but that makes sense.

Arrived in excellent condition, great vegan Latin dish recipes!

Terry Hope Romero does it again! If you are looking to expand your vegan Latin dishes from the basic rice and beans and veggie fajitas, this book offers lots of interesting and delicious recipes. Not a ton of photos, and it requires some trips to a Latin market or health food store, but that is to be expected--this is vegan food, after all. I highly recommend!
