A very different look at Angels

A very intreging, and facinating book - absolutly wonderful and hauntingly beautiful photographs. This one is hard to put down...MCB

Beautiful, all the way through

As soon as I found this book in a used book store, I knew I needed to buy it. I love all the images and reading through all the angel names. Whenever I feel like the world is rapidly becoming overwhelming, I sit down with "Visions of Angels" and it helps to restore my balance. I highly recommend it - a coffee table book, it is not!

This is one beautiful and thought provoking book.

I am not a big fan of "coffee table" books. They gather more dust than the table, but this book demands attention. I find myself picking it up and contemplating the images. They are all deserving of multiple viewings - they are ART. The best image from Thursday may become hated on Wednesday because of the emotions generated by me, combined with the photo. I encourage all to pick up the book and I challenge you to the challenge of contemplation. Enjoy the ride.

An amazing collection of remarkable photographs

This is one of the most beautifully edited and designed books I've seen in many, many years. As a bookseller I am amazed by the quality of printing and production and astounded by the affordable price. A book of this sort generally sells upwards of fifty dollars. As an admirer of fine photography, I am thrilled to see such an anthology of works by some of the worlds best. As a spiritual person, I am happy to become familiar with the hosts of messengers that the book presents us and the idea that Angels are in fact living in bodies like ours.This book is a triumph, One which will be presented to all those I love this holiday and for years to come.

A fabulous look at what constitutes an angel.

This is a gorgeous look at some important photographers' "visions" of what an earth angel would look like: human! The variety of images submitted, along with the glorious inspiration that each image presents, shows everything from famous pictures that have been used for films to very personal images like baby's feet.. With a foreword by Sophy Burnham, the famous author of some of the most important angel books available today, this book is a visual explanation of what Sophy has so often described with words. This is a wonderful gift for ones' self, or for a friend. Perfect for Christmas, this book is priced so that it is affordable for everyone interested in the subject of angels.
