Whoever reads this will benefit, no question. this book has great techniques that, believe it, are the very finest techniques in management today. YOU WANT TO LEARN ABOUT GLOBALISM? Dont turn to Thomas Friedman, turn to NEIL SNYDER. He wrote the textbook on managing in the 21st century FIRST and far before any one else. I have heard about Neil Snyder and his leadership class at the famous University of Virginia, and have heard that his students take the bull by the horns and become the leaders that today's society needs. We need visionaries who WORK HARD and WORK SMART, understand their employees and make DIFFICULT decisions that will allow them to compete.
