Some critical thinking missing here.

Elizabeth Clare Prophet's explanations of "violet flame" are enough to give a "popular" definition on the subject but I don't think the author thought critically through the "non-fictional" stories and examples she included before publishing them in her book. I'm going to leave just ONE example from this book which is pocket size and less than 100 pages... The chapter called "Higher Dimensional Physics Sheds Light on the Miracle of the Violet Flame" (page 53 in my copy) includes a far fetched story about "Martha" that SHOULD set off anyone's bllsht meter. Under the subtitle, "the difference between Decrees and Eastern mantras", ... for 23 YEARS "Martha" has repeated the Hindu Gayatri mantra nearly 6,000 (yes, six-thousand) times a day. - OK... If Martha is getting 8 hours of sleep a day, then she's saying this 375 times each hour for 16 hours for 23 years which is a little over an impressive 6 times a minute between drinking, eating, conversation outside of the chanting, etc etc ... REALLY.🤔🧐 The purpose of including "Martha's story" was to show a comparison between the effectiveness of Eastern Mantras (chanting) and saying violet flame Decrees. (She says the decreeing as many times a day as she can is more effective.) I'd be surprised if normal people spent any more than 15 minutes a day repeating decrees. One has to question how much sensationalism is going on in building up use of violet flame decrees when seeing the obvious exaggerations. I've heard great things about this author from other people but my impression is not as confident. I doubt I'll buy anymore of her books.

An excellent introductory book about the violet flame

The violet flame is a very powerful spiritual technique that was taught by St. Germain to Guy Ballard in the 1930s in the "I AM" dispensation by the Ascended Host. Since then, more has been revealed through subsequent dispensations and organisations and all of this is neatly summarized in this pocket-sized booklet. The origin, purpose and many examples of how to use the violet flame are clearly described. The Prophets (Mark and Elizabeth) have published a great number of books as messengers for the Ascended Host for the "Summit Lighthouse" dispensation and this is certainly one of the best. A quick and easy read, but with exercises that can be practised for a lifetime. Highly recommended!

Violet Flame

I have just finished this book and am very impressed with it!! I have only just started to work with it, but I can feel the energy surround me. It's a beautiful thing. I would recommend this to anyone looking to heal themselves or healers in general. It's a wonderful book with alot to offer anyone.

Great little book...

This book was easy to read and understand and includes prayers & meditations you can try out right away. They seem to work. Could use more colored pictures.
