Basic Flavorings: Vinegar

This is a wonderful little book of receipes using vinegar. Thebook is divided in sections for salads, main dishes, vegetables,pickled items and even a dessert. There are directions for making specialty vinegars of your own to use in the receipes. There are beautiful photographs of the finished dishes which are great for suggestion of presentation. I would be interested to see some of the other books in the series.
