Vida is a book about my journey into Manhood. It's about embracing all parts of myself. Through these notes and Expressions of writing, I have found peace with my past and those experiences which were a burden on my soul. I was lost in the negative emotions of things that hurt me, things I kept in the dark corners of my mind. I started writing these stories, and revisiting these memories to remind myself of all I've conquered, and reminded myself of love, family, and the importance of embracing truth, forgiveness, and hope; to find peace and be free to be me.
