With the help of The Junkyard's eccentric owner (Percy) and her adopted cousin (Sam), Victory sets out to find the anonymous author and solve the mystery of Rabbit Hood (her title for the nameless book) once and for all. But the author doesn't want to be found. And someone is trying to buy Mars and turn it into a giant casino. And Victory's mother is getting way too friendly with The Man with the Alligator Hat.
