It May be Old but it is still the Best Guide Book!

I have had my copy of this book since 1995 - some 12 years ago but as strange as it may sound the book is fairly accurate - I would assume that a newer revised edition of this book is out there or will be some day - but until then - this is still the best of these veteran benefit guide books. I have used this book helping and assisting PTSD veterans for the last decade. The authors have done a wonderful job of researching and putting the information together. The only issue now would be all the new laws and regulations that may be out there now - so my advice is to look for a revised copy of this book.
