Michael Romkey Delivers A Ten Star Novel

Michael Romkey brings a fresh, exciting voice to the world of Vampire novels. Vampire Hunter is one of his finest. I was hooked at first sight by the cover, then by his written word that kept me reading until the very end. Vampire Hunter is not a book to be missed. If you love Vampire novels that are not written like a million others out there, then Michael Delivers a unique read!

Smashing!

This is one of my favorite books! Michael Romkey is a master of the vampiric tale. I love how he uses historic characters in all of his novels. Vampire Hunter is a smashing book. Dante, the heroic vampire, was trapped in the wreck of the Titanic. I love how he manages to overcome the Hunger and to follow his heart. If you haven't read this book, what are you waiting for?

Romkey's best work

I've read all of Romkey's previous books. This one is the best so far. From a savage beast with "the hunger" on the sunken Titanic...to the gallant Dante...watching his transformation as he puts the pieces of his lost life back together was enthralling. The ending was a bit trite and predictable...but I enjoyed it anyway...as it was how I wanted it to end.

Terrific book! I loved it.

Charles Gabriel was more than human. He was vampire. After being entombed within the sunken ship, Titanic, for almost a century, a film crew unknowingly releases him. Being so long without blood, the Hunger took over. Charles comes to himself while in a mental hospital in South Carolina. His beautiful psychiatrist is the only one who may have a chance of helping him. Guilt for all he had done during the Hunger's possession of him, his mind has blocked it all out. He no longer even knows who he is. But he does know what. He meets another he thinks is like himself. However, she turns out to be insane and wants him to make her immortal. During it all, the husband of one of the women on the ship during the Hungar is hunting him. ***Beware! This one is extremely gory. But I loved it! Michael Romkey has just made another fan in me. This book would make one terrific movie, if they did not change a thing.***
