I'd give it five stars if there were a few more pages with more exampes..., but this book very definetly gives you the basics of using filters to creare moods, and correct for unusual lighting you may encounter...or desire... If you want to move beyond the basics of point, click and hope, this will take you where you want to go!!!

This book contained lots of useful tips and ways to make filters at home. Can save a lot of money by not buying the expensive filters and just making your own. Each technique was shown with photographs of the scene without the filter and then with the result of the technique. Each technique was described well, easy to follow and most came with diagrams.
