A library is a growing organism. As it grows in size the problems associated with the maintenance and security of the documents also grows. The librarians have always helped the researchers in solving their problems. To solve the problems of space and time librarians taught to digitize the documents and share over network. To automate the counter activities they gave us Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), however, libraries are early-adopters of a still emerging technology. RFID system may be a comprehensive system that addresses both the security and materials tracking needs of a functional library in less time. This book contains about different function of RFID technology and enabled vigilance system to avoid theft of Library documents.
