Not the picture that was painted

I fell down the rabbit hole of circadian rhythm and time restricted eating research. I have been reading as much as I can on the topic as well as watching YouTube videos. Which brings me to Dr. Ian Smith. I saw him doing an interview speaking about this book and intermittent fasting. So I thought to myself…why not just read the book and gain more valuable insight. Mistake. This book is merely a diet and exercise book offering little to no information about time restricting eating. There is a lot of science based research that exist on the topic but he merely grazed it at best. The author did not present all of the amazing reasons why one may want to seriously consider time restricted eating, but weakly attempted to capitalize off of a topic he knows nothing about. A waste of my hard earned money.
