Marion Nestle is New York University professor of nutrition, food studies and public health. She wrote this book to awaken American consumers how food companies skew the science of what we eat. In this book, she spends many chapters in how food companies uses their economic power of money for write up favorable to their marketing products. Is it bribery in other name? Even government agencies are not exempted. Consumers are advised to seek truth whose behind these "objective" reports for a better consumer choice. It is a must read for the truth!
