In Undoing, Rudite Emir combines her rich experience in business management with a deep understanding of the principles of Vedanta, the ancient spiritual teaching from India. Her spiritual strength, applied to the issues of the workplace and other life settings, points the way to clarity, skillful communication, and a vision of both meaningful intention and process. Her ideas create a less stressful, more creative environment for work at all levels of complexity. What I like best about the book is the author's way of bringing the workspace into the spiritual realm. Undoing undoes the division between the two.
Practical Wisdom doled out in loving and appreciative style

This is one book I got 15 copies so far and gave away. It is simple, grounded in everyday reality and allowed me to appreciate who I am at a deeper level. It is a powerful and meaningful summary of spiritual principles common to many traditions and elaborated extensively in Indian Vedanta tradition. I first read a book summary in an Indian Spiritual journal 'Tatvaaloka' where it got rave review. Meeting the author Rudite Emir enhanced my appreciation for the book because, the author seem to embody and practice what she wrote in her little book. Don't be fooled by the words that it is out of print. It is in print and you can get it!

A manual of techniques, simply explained, on how to apply the ancient wisdom of the Vedas to the workaday life of today. "The material is at once philosophically profound and eminently practical. It's a gem," says Hinuism Today. The Yoga Journal calls it "a friendly book about shifting our perspectives on life, undoing the you who gets in the way of your own happiness and fulfillment."
