Anecdotal at best

What this book talks about are not unknown. And for the most part when people or when I read books, I'm not simply asking for a "take my word for it" attitude. Also as someone who was looking for scientific based arguments with citations for validity, this book fails to give me that. It rather tried to do the same thing that I do not want: "give you rules to live by." If I wanted rules, I know where to look. As an author, provide evidence and let the reader use their minds to make *their own rules*. Don't waste your time and/or money. Also, you cannot return books less than $15, so this self-published author cunningly sets it just below $15 because they know it is useless once you get to read. So the author gets to take your nonrefundable money and sell you an anecdote.
