I purchased this book primarily to support my research for building a business case for Human Capital Management while completing my degree in Training and Development, but I have since repeatedly referred to it in preparing for interviews, presentations, client interactions, internal customers, etc. This is an excellent resource for building any business case because it helps you think about how to best present information given what the values/motivators are of an individual, team or an organization. I highly recommend it to consultants, managers, executives, salesman, and anyone who wants to influence others by speaking their language.

Ira Wolfe's book is filled with practical advice and is a "must read" for evey manager and executive who has the responsibility of selecting the right people for their organizations and then keeping them motivated. If you want to build your "A Team" and then keep them motivated, read this book. If you want to find out "What do you value?" as opposed to "What are your values?", read this book. If you want to regain passion and energy in your career or position, read this book. And then, as Dr. Wolfe suggests, "make a few waves" in your life. Review by: J. Glenn Ebersole, Jr., Founder & Chief Executive of J. G. Ebersole Associates and The Renaissance Group (TM) and Author of "Glenn's Guiding Lines - Thoughts From Your Strategic Thinking Coach." www.renaissanceman4u.com
