A veritible treasure for anyone in psychodynamic therapy

This book helped me through some tough sticky points in therapy. I finally understood what I was unconsciously looking for, and why. Although a psychiatry textbook, It is moderately easy for a lay person to read. A perfect adjunct to working with a good therapist. Dr. Levin is insightful, careful, and illuminating. This book is full of trenchant advice for professional and lay person alike. Don't miss it.
