A very nice book. It's easy reading and lots of sources to follow up on if you want to research it further. It lists very common types of ailements and health problems with good old fashion home type of remedies. This book is good it you want to look beyond the "pill and drugs" that doctors usually push on you first and some actually work! (not that I doubted them), in fact there were a few in here I remember as a child with my mom. So good reading, good source and you can't lose on simple easy cures.
