Ona Siporin has an uncommon knack for both storytelling and graceful language. Her graceful prose style hints at the poetic and her personal involvent with her characters is such that you will know these women and feel their lives. Her style is engaging and personal. I recommend this book to women everywhere and to men who ought to think twice about showing women anything but admiration.
