The story here is the most affected by the monthly episodic forma[of the rebooted Ultimate Universe], it adds to the overall narrative but with only one issue each month the characters feel underdeveloped, the Human Torch has one line, and America Chavez has an non consecutive four I think. Hawkeye is my favorite character so far and has an amazing back and forth with Cap, I only wish more issues were like this, or She-Hulk’s or Doom’s but I suppose the story is on a time crunch narratively so it makes sense why we don't get deep dives for everybody.
I wish the Ultimate Universe one-shot was collected with the Ultimate Invasion trade and not this, as it includes important context and setup for all the other books ESPECIALLY Ultimate Spider-Man.
