Visual Programming with HP VEE, 3rd Ed.

As claimed by the author, this book is really the "fastest and easiest way" to learn HP VEE. Perhaps, the software itself is easy to use. For more advanced topics, consult the VEE product documentation. Note that the new VEE has built-in MATLAB scripts and signal processing toolbox which are not covered in the third edition.
