nice!

It's not your deep deep angsty book. It's a simple book with a simple story about growing-up girls. Although a book with its plot has a lot of potential to be corny, Two are Better Than One never is. Carol Ryrie Brink captures the feelings of being caught in the awkward stage between childhood and being an adult, as well as the friendship between Chrys and Cordy. I can't speak for everyone, but I could empathize a lot with Chrys- I also used to write stories with my friends in the same manner as they did, as well as write poems where everyone in my group would add a stanza. I also know what it's like to feel entirely different from the people around you, being a student perpetually one year younger than everyone else. The 'novel' makes me laugh, too, i never fail to note a new misspelling in it. :D What can I say? This is a great book that you will appreaciate and treasure. Buy/ read it, it's fantastic!

Wonderful! Awesome! Fun!

This is my favorite book, and it was my mom's favorite book too! i love Chrys and Cordy, especially when they make up that story, then dress up as the rag dolls. or when they think that the prisioner is going to eacape, so Cordy says she'll take Chrys home, then Chrys has to take Cordy home, and back and forth till they decide to go halfway and bolt home. I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!
