CLAMPs bestselling "Reservoir Chronicles: Tsubasa" series continues as Syaorans quest to restore the scattered memories of his beloved Sakura leads to strange new adventures in curious new worlds. Young adult.
Tsubasa is one of those manga that gets off to a great start, leave bits and pieces and seems to slow to a grinding halt (remember the piffle race folks) but this chapter along with book 14 makes up for the filler of chapters 9,10 and 11. You actually get some attempt of character development and background story for Fai (by Kurogane, of all people). You figure out who that guy is who looks just like Syaoran with the eye patch. Definitely run out and grab this one!
Dark Tsubasa has begun!

Well, this is it, people. This volume starts a whole new moment in the Tsubasa universe. It's basically a 180 degree turn from here on. Forget the mostly happy and light atmosphere this series provided for the past 14 volumes (although volume 13 was not light at all, i must say). As someone in a forum accurately said... Dark Tsubasa has begun! It gets VERY good from this arc onwards, IMO. Although volume 15 is more buildup than some people will like. But just be patient, it delivers in the next volumes. Besides, all the familiar faces in TRC 15 are gonna make a lot of the longtime CLAMP fans (like myself) REALLY happy (there are TONS of fanservice for us). This is oldschool CLAMP.
