Life-changing

The philosophy put forth in his book was lived by Jack Gibb himself, the most personal, gentle, and loving person I've known. Studying with him was life-changing. Most anyone who taught at a college and had been in a community-building event with Jack adopted his book Trust: A New View of Personal and Organizational Development as a textbook as did I myself. This was in the late '70s and early '80s. Response from students to it was overwhelmingly positive.

Brilliant - Heartfelt - Poetic!!!

This book is brilliant, heartfelt, and poetic. It teaches us how trust frees our energy and that of an organization for productivity, profits and health, and warns us against the pitfalls of rigidity and controlling behavior. It starts us on the roadmap of transcendence. Jack Gibb was into quantum leaps before any of us even heard of the word. A MUST READ!!!
