Volume 10

The story stars: Continuing the battle that took up most of book 9. We get: Drama. Someone who was killed off in the TV series finally gets killed off here. Yeah, I know, sad. But you knew it was coming, it was only a matter of time! It looks like he has a replacement though. ;} Our author: Doesn't have any room for his own adventures in this one.

Nightow does it again and again and again

I just bought this two days ago and all I can say is wow. Nightow continues the story that started with Vash the vagabound and continues to give depth to Wolfwood's character, which started back in vol. 9. I'm not going to spoil anything, but I will say this. This is the most action-packed installment yet and definately one of the best US installments that's hit the shelves. Art: 5 out of 5. Nightow continues to amaze with his beautiful panels and action-packed sequences. Story: 5 out of 5. The story of Wolfwood, Livio, and Chapel contines from the last book and reaches it's adrenaline-packing conclusion. Some people may not like how it goes, but the story progresses wonderfully and is paced to where you can't stop reading. Never a dull moment with Nightow. Characterization: 4 out of 5. While Nightow definately gets Kudo's for continuing to develop the connections between the characters and flush them out, I thought somethings could have been done a little better. Final: 4.67 out of 5. Buy it, read it, love it. Again and again and again.
