A really useful book

This book is like getting a crash course in treating illness with nutritional therapy. No waffle or padding, just masses of information - fantastic, lots of it is new and not found elsewhere. Many summary tables to help you find stuff quickly - like health benefits of different juices, supplements, "power" foods, herbs or mushrooms. The recipes are unusual and a lot nicer than most others in similar books. You could easily live on this eating plan. [...]
