fascinating introduction to transport

In this book, the author accurately presents all means of transport available to the Ancient Egyptians : Papyrus rafts, chariots, boats, chariots and donkeys are only a few of the methods discussed. The book includes a glossary of nautical terms. A fascinating insight into the world of transport, both by water and by land, in Ancient Egypt, this is highly recommended for both laymen and scholars.
