This book is so REAL! I am a firm believer in "we are what we think". We always hear that but often times don't know how to change our ways of thinking and perceiving. This book is beautifully written and enables you to take time, digest the concepts and make adjustments to your thoughts and actions that will most definately facilitate change. There's something in this book for everyone. It helps with low self-esteem, anger, unforgiveness, depression, fear, impatience and poverty. It tackles the issue dead on and I didn't have to read 100+ pages to learn how to move forward. The affirmations in the book are among the best I've ever seen and they actually work!!! Reading them out loud did something that can't be explained. It empowered me beyond my own imagination. What's great is that they are biblical based truths so you can receive God's best based on HIS word and promises. You can't get any more powerful than that. Finally some affirmations that can shake the devil off and allow us to live our full potential as God desires---THANK YOU. This book will help you with your everyday life. You don't have to read this entire book to start your new thought process. I went straight to the chapter that reflected my "spiritual saboteur" and replaced them with the "spiritual synergies". The book has ten steps you can follow to start transforming your thoughts. Believe me I could go on about the benefits of this simple yet incredible book but just buy it and see for yourself. Invaluable truths for such a small price to pay. Don't wait another day before ordering this book.
