This books DOES transform your life.

During a period of prolonged illness, I was looking for some inspiration to help me change my life for the better. I found this book on my bookshelf, where I had long ago forgotten I had purchased it. While reading the book, I was faithful in following all of the steps & activities that the author asks you to follow while reading the book. By the end of the book (which I couldn't put down for 2 days), my life & perspective WAS transformed.
