not about Wicca...

...so much as how to learn about Wicca, if that makes sense. It's a closed practice, so most beliefs are kept close to the vest, but there is a lot to be learned here about coven structure, social boundaries within and without, and structure of practice. There's a little sprinkling of lore, but the sub-heading of "a seeker's guide" is appropriate because it's a primer/guide to finding a coven and what to expect therein.
