Great book, wrong language

I had this book growing up and thought it would be fun for my daughter. Unfortunately the copy they sent was in French, so I guess we are learning French? 😂

My favorite book as a child

I couldn’t wait to get this one in the mail and read it to my daughter, I loved it as a kid. I ordered it in English but was delivered the Spanish version. It’s okay, I was able to give it to a friend who is fluent in Spanish, her kids are really excited.

Worth Looking For

This book is simply wonderful! It has the best variety of fairytales in one collection that I've been able to find, including works from the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, and other classics by neither of them (like Red Riding Hood). The illustrations are lovely, and the print is larger. The stories are great for reading to a child, and for a child to read him/herself around 8, 9, or 10 years old. It's beautiful, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wanted it to have even more stories. Unfortunately, it's out of print - but it's worth an out of print search!
