All of Jayne’s books are worth the time and money!

I have been read her books for longer than I would like to admit, lol, but what I have recently noticed (since going back to certain early works), is how well Jayne’s books age. We’ve all had the experience of revisiting some favorite pieces of media from our youth and realizing how cringeworthy it is in light of older, wiser eyes. But that’s not happening with any of her books (so far). Jayne always writes people as just people with flaws, quirks, and virtues-not caricatures to serve an agenda. Through her early work I met people from all walks of life, of all types, and none of them were typecast. Sure, world events and situations change, but people really don’t. And I appreciate Jayne for her artistry in reflecting humanity as it is.
