The True Life Story of a Tractor

My husband and I were thrilled to see a "true" tractor story, after buying our son a tractor board book full of errors (published in England!). Craig Brown is a terrific illustrator -- his work reflects the lush greens and bright tractor reds of farm country. These illustrations are definitely the high point of the book. And Brown knows his farm culture, having grown up in Iowa farm country. The story is simple and matter-of-fact, but your little truck and machine buff will love all the different things a tractor does.
