Great Book for the Pilates Enthusiast - Includes Stability Ball Excercise

Excellent resource.

This book just made me go "wow!" this is because many so called "core training" books focus on one particular way of working the core.On the other hand, I was impressed by the different disciplines applied in this book....there are tai chi like exercises, yoga, and others from traditional weight training. My clients were impressed by the different exercises that I offered them.It made them feel that they were getting their dollar's worth. I've had balance issues with my right foot, I tried working my core using the techniques described in the book....and I must say that I was more balanced than before, I know I have a way to go, all the same i'm still happy about the progress i've made.I didn't say that I even feel more confident and relaxed, because of performing these exercises
