I really enjoyed reading this book and feel that it has truly changed my outlook on life. I no longer worry about what others think of me and have been able to let go of a lot of my own guilt. I loved how it talks about the difference between men and women and how they deal with letting go. I better understand how my husband is able to come home and relax and realize that I too should allow myself to let go of certain things and reward myself from time to time. I also love how it discusses being non-judgmental and how we really don't fully understand what others are going through. I am grateful to know that through the Savior I truly can feel joy in this life and feel that I am a better person for having read it. (As I'm using my husband's account to write this review, the "ID" should read "happymominwv")
Fabulous!

I normally would never say that a book changed my life but I have to be honest. This book completely changed my outlook on life. It couldn't have come at a better time. I cried throughout the whole first chapter because I felt that she was writing it just for me. The rest of the book didn't disappoint either. I've since passed the book on to someone else so that perhaps she too can "catch the Joy". I'm anxiously awaiting for her to return it. I want to reread it!
