Great Bible stories for children

If you haven't seen any of dePaola's work, this is a great place to begin. The Bible stories are brought to life with such Grace and creative genius. Surely God smiled as dePaola took to the drawing board.

A book to treasure

Wtih dePaola's beautiful, iconic illustrations, the words of the New International Version of the Bible come alive. He has taken some of the most important stories (for instance, Noah and the ark, Adam and Eve, Moses, Jesus's birth and resurrection) in the Bible and made them appealing to children. DePaola's illustrations are never "cute", never cloying, but bright, crisp, and reverent.
