Tolerance Tykes 3: Teaching Tools for a Better Tomorrow

It's another exciting year in Miss Brooke's 3rd grade class. This year, 10 new students are introduced and share their unique challenge with the reader. Through poems and stories, sensitive topics are introduced, like Obesity, Lyme Disease, Vitiligo, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Homelessness, and Epilepsy. Students describe their experience living with these challenges and bring awareness of the difficulty a classroom setting can be. Each student has a dedicated poem, tips to make students with challenges more comfortable, and discussion questions for parents and teachers to encourage conversation.

Tolerance Tykes has partnered with the immersive technology company, ARSOME Technology to bring each student to life in augmented reality. An interactive learning experience that kids, parents, and teachers will enjoy. Book 2's augmented reality is set to be released in the Fall of 2020.
