My husband was in a Burn Center Hospital(1976-1977 without going home) when I purchased my 1st "Toby" series book from the gift shop. I was 26 years old. I loved it & shared that book with anyone who wanted a happy read. My mother was a nurse at another hospital & she had read the book. One of her patients, retired state law policeman, age 75+, with terminal cancer who like to read but was having drifficult with his favorite authors holding his attention. Mother took him this book & he loved it! These books might be for children but I loaned this book out until it fell apart to adults!!! Robbie Branscum's books is the best item you can put in a gift basket or give to someone in the hospital. I read it to my husband....with the nurses coming in & out to keep up with Toby. I have a kindle & I want all her books for my Kindle. This book deserves 100 stars because it can brighten the day of a terminal ill person. Oh yes, my husband lived.
